About Us

I come from the world of cinema. I spent years working with images, emotion, and storytelling.Then one day, wine spoke — and I listened.I learned in the vineyards, in France and Italy, alongside winemakers who respect the land.I worked as a sommelier in Marseille, then opened my own restaurant with a unique concept: creating dishes inspired by the wines (not the other way around), with guest chefs from all around the world.

It became a place of sharing, discovery, and unexpected pairings.Today, I continue the journey differently, by composing selections to share the journey with you: wines to slow down, to feel, to connect.

Born in Riga, Latvia, my life eventually brought me to France, where I now live in the South. I have traveled extensively thanks to my modeling career, which allowed me to meet many fascinating people and deepen my love for fashion, beauty, and creativity. 

I discovered the world of natural wine thanks to Nathan, and that encounter sparked a desire to start this adventure and to share wine in a different and more personal way.

It’s a whole world that opens up through surprise and it’s this spirit of discovery and trust that I want to pass on.Trust the process, the journey is a beautiful one.

After studying industrial design and spending a few years in design and marketing, I stumbled almost by accident into the world of fashion for almost 25 years.
Several lives, many places, countless encounters and always a deep curiosity for people.

Wine was always a pleasure, of course, but only as an amateur.
Then came the meeting with Nathan, a surprise that became our guiding thread: to discover by trust and above all, to give the opportunity to others to share the journey.
In love with not knowing.

So here begins yet another new chapter, a new way of sharing.
